Man, So worst of all days for me and I'm a freaggin mechanic! Had my wife and I in our 2014 van and power went out. We got our son to pick us up (mind you it was snowing quite a bit). We call around and everyone was "too busy"...ALL EXCEPT Rick's Towing. Man their driver Austin Farr was incredibly awesome to talk to for sure. A great guy to have as an employee because you can see his dedication....plus he was at work. Most places had people call in and what not but he still got to it and likely has made a lot of people happy with both speedy service and overall great attitude. Beyond grateful for these guys taking a risk out there to get us all out of harms way....Thanks Ricks Towing!! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
